2009 Forms [LEQUIO]. Uses various ingredients native to Okinawa, dyed fabrics and crafts made of traditional methods, to design and create new fashions and products.

Our concept at LEQUIO, "creating products that are passed down over generations," is based on our respect for the skills and feelings of our predecessors. Muchlike "hand-me-downs" of Japan, we strive to make clothing and other items that are both beautiful and absorbed into everyday life, that can be passed on for generations. For this festival, we will exhibit clothing dyed with indigo, grown in Yambaru, and bags made from US military surplus tents.
