Okinawa, which was once the "Ryukyu Kingdom," has a long history of trade with Asian countries and with Europe. It is a mysterious island, frequented by many who come from all over the world to see the "island of the gods." Many Okinawans who have native Okinawan blood in their veins, say they are able to hear the voice of the "shaman." As one who shares in this, I believe it is my duty to be the messenger who brings the voice of Yambaru to the world.
